They're updated each time a new arrangement is being added on the website, so very frequently, even daily! You can choose to receive one of these feeds, or you can also subscribe to both.

With most software, you can add RSS feeds using the RSS icon, clicking on it, and selecting the feed you want to use. Some examples:
