Different sound on different synths

The Arachno soundfont (and other soundfonts) seem to sound a little different from synth to synth. I use BASSMIDI, TiMidity++, SynthFont, etc. and a few of the instruments are reproduced a little differently on each one. It sounds fine on all of those; the differences are minor, but I am not entirely sure of what synth reproduces the soundfont "perfectly" - they all have their very slight "pros and cons". I mainly use BASSMIDI and SynthFont (because I do not have to worry about those note drop-outs which Creative cards have). :smiling:
